Through this privacy policy, OPEN HOUSE IBIZA informs all persons who browse and access the website www.openhouseibiza.org about the processing of personal data carried out, following the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.

Access to the website does not require prior registration. By browsing the site, the user fully accepts the privacy policy and the cookies policy.   • Registrations and Activities: Manage registration for festival activities, resolve queries and provide relevant information.
  • Volunteering: Manage the registration, selection process and coordination of the volunteer team on the island.
  • Communications: Send information of interest about our activities, news and updates from the festival.
  • Images: During the event, photographs will be taken for publication on the website, social media and printed materials to give visibility to the festival. Authorisation does not entail any compensation or time limit. For anonymous individuals, graphic information is lawful when the image appears as merely incidental within the context of the public event.

The user is obliged to provide truthful data and keep it up to date. Open House Ibiza reserves the right to exclude from its services anyone who provides false data. There is no legal obligation to provide the data, but failure to do so may make it impossible to provide the service.

OPEN HOUSE IBIZA will not disclose personal data to third parties, except where expressly stated. Applicable legal exceptions:

  • Banks and financial institutions for payment management.
  • Public administrations or bodies when required by current regulations.
