This legal notice governs the use of the website www.openhouseibiza.org (hereinafter, the WEBSITE), owned by Asociación Cultural Nexe (hereinafter, THE OWNER), the organiser of the Open House Ibiza festival.
Any visitor to the site shall be considered a user, which implies full and unreserved acceptance of every provision included in this Legal Notice, which may be subject to modification.
The user undertakes to make correct use of the WEBSITE in accordance with the law, good faith, public order, accepted internet practices and this Legal Notice. The user shall be liable to THE OWNER or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of failing to meet this obligation.

The WEBSITE and its services are freely and openly accessible. However, THE OWNER makes the use of some services conditional on prior completion of the corresponding form. The user guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the data they provide and shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made.
